1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

The website www.growthmodule.com ("Website", "Site") is owned and operated by Growth Module, a proprietary educational venture founded and run by Shailesh Kanifnath Gaikwad ("Growth Module", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Website, all courses, webinars, mentorship programs (including "One GM Mentorship"), and any related content or communication channels operated by Growth Module (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Website, registering for a webinar, enrolling in a course, applying for the mentorship program, or making any payment for the Services, you ("User", "Participant", "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Nature of Services: Educational Purpose Only

Growth Module is an educational institution. It does not provide investment advisory, buy/sell advisory, portfolio management, or stock market advisory services of any kind.

All content made available by Growth Module, including website content, webinars, recorded sessions, course material, the mentorship program, trade-plan frameworks, and any proprietary methodology or scoring models referenced in our teaching (including risk-deployment and stock-selection concepts), is provided strictly for educational purposes only.

Growth Module and Mr. Shailesh Kanifnath Gaikwad are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

Nothing on the Website, in any webinar, course, or mentorship session constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or personalised investment advice tailored to the financial situation of any individual. Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions and outcomes, and should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision.

3. Risk Management Education

As part of the mentorship curriculum, Growth Module teaches general risk-management concepts, including the principle of capping total risk exposure, illustratively 5% to 7% of a participant's total investable capital at risk across all open positions at any given time. This is a risk-containment concept, not a position-sizing or capital-deployment instruction, and is intended to prevent reckless or disproportionate capital loss. It is taught purely as an educational risk-management framework and is not a recommendation on how much capital any individual should invest or risk, and does not account for any participant's specific financial circumstances, obligations, or risk tolerance. Participants remain fully responsible for determining their own appropriate capital allocation and risk exposure.

4. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently register for or purchase any Growth Module Service.
• Growth Module reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, or discontinue any user's access to a webinar, course, or the mentorship program, including after payment, subject to the refund terms in Section 10.
• The One GM Mentorship program additionally requires applicants to meet a minimum investable-capital threshold (currently Rs. 15,00,000), applied as an entry criterion to ensure suitability for the program's content. This threshold is an eligibility filter for program design purposes and does not constitute investment advice regarding how much capital any person should invest.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and delivered through the Services, including text, video, audio, presentations, trade-plan documents, frameworks, logos (including the Growth Module shield-and-growth-arrow mark), and course material, is the exclusive property of Growth Module and/or Shailesh Kanifnath Gaikwad and is protected under applicable Indian law.

• Users may not copy, record, reproduce, screenshot, distribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any Growth Module content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.
• This includes any study material, online seminar, or video shared with a user, whether live or recorded, in part or in whole, in any form.
• Unauthorised recording or redistribution of live or recorded sessions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, in addition to legal action.
• Users may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Website.

6. General Disclaimer

Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. While Growth Module endeavours to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, sustainability, or availability of the Website or its content for any purpose. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at the user's own risk.

Nothing on the Website should be construed as an offer to buy or sell any security, and it does not take into account the particular investment objectives, financial situation, or needs of any individual user. Any forward-looking statements made on the Website or in Growth Module content are not predictions and may change without notice; users should seek independent financial advice before acting on any such information.

Testimonials and case studies reflect the personal experience of individual students and are not indicative of typical or guaranteed results for any other user. Your trading results are solely your own responsibility. Growth Module does not promise any profit or loss outcome, and you should not expect any advisory service or buy/sell tips from Growth Module. Growth Module accepts no financial liability for trading or investment outcomes arising from a user's own decisions, whether or not informed by our educational content.

7. Disclaimer for Social Media and Communication Channels

The disclaimers in Sections 2, 3, and 6 apply equally and in full to all content shared by Growth Module on YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp groups or broadcasts, and any other social media or communication channel. Nothing shared on these channels constitutes investment advice or a solicitation to transact in any security or financial product.

8. User Obligations

• Keep login credentials for any course or mentorship portal secure and confidential. Login access, where provided, is for personal use only and must not be shared with others under any circumstances.
• Attend mentorship sessions as scheduled; inform Growth Module admin in advance of any planned absence, or as soon as reasonably possible in an emergency.
• Do not use Growth Module webinars, courses, or community or support groups (including WhatsApp groups) to advertise, solicit, or sell unrelated products or services.
• Do not use any information obtained through the Services to harass, abuse, or contact other users for unsolicited commercial purposes.
• Refrain from posting or discussing content unrelated to the program's educational purpose, including political, religious, or other divisive topics, within Growth Module groups or forums.
• Do not attempt to access the Website or Services through any means other than the interface Growth Module provides, and do not attempt unauthorised access to, or reproduction of, Website content.

9. Enrollment Process

Enrollment in the One GM Mentorship program follows a defined process: prospective participants apply via WhatsApp; upon review and confirmation of eligibility (including the capital threshold in Section 4) and completion of any interview, a payment link is shared to confirm the seat. Growth Module reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

10. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy

Course, webinar, and mentorship fees are as published at the time of enrollment and are payable through the designated payment link (currently processed via Razorpay). Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged in addition to the stated fee unless otherwise specified.

• Fees, once paid, are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.
• Refunds are issued only where a participant is not accepted into the program, for example where a One GM Mentorship application is not approved following the interview or admission review, or where enrollment is declined for any other reason at Growth Module's discretion. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
• Once a participant has been accepted into a program and has been granted access to its content, no further refund will be provided.
• In exceptional circumstances, Growth Module may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund outside the above policy; any such refund and the reasons for it will be treated as confidential by both parties.

11. Community Conduct

Growth Module has no obligation to actively monitor content posted by users in any community forum or group but reserves the right to remove content or restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, applicable law, or the collaborative spirit of the program, at its sole discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Module and Shailesh Kanifnath Gaikwad shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including trading or investment losses) arising from a user's use of, or reliance on, the Website or any Service. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Growth Module reserves the right to disclose user information where required by law.

14. Amendments

Growth Module reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
